Electric Operated Metal Ball Valves

Electric Operated Metal Ball Valves -1352, 1353, 1355 Series

SUDE Electric Operated Ball Valves are high-performance, quarter-turn rotary valves engineered for reliable shut-off, precise flow control, mixing, and diverting applications across a wide range of industries. These valves feature precision-machined floating or trunnion-mounted balls combined with robust electric actuators, ensuring bubble-tight sealing, smooth operation, low torque, and long service life.

The range includes Electric Operated 2-Way and 3-Way Ball Valves, Compact & Sleek Motorized Ball Valves, Electrically Operated Butt-Weld, I-Line, and Sanitary Clamp Metallic Ball Valves. Designed for automation-ready integration, SUDE valves outperform conventional gate, globe, or solenoid valves in continuous-duty, high-cycle, and harsh operating environments.

Built with Carbon Steel, SS304, SS316/SS316L, and equipped with advanced PTFE or reinforced soft seats, these valves offer versatility, reliability, and low maintenance across industrial automation, process control, water, oil, gas, steam, chemical, and hygienic applications.

Design & Construction:

Precision-machined floating or trunnion-mounted balls combined with robust electric actuators ensure bubble-tight sealing, smooth operation, low torque, and long service life. Designed for automation-ready integration and continuous-duty industrial environments.

Working Principle:

Open Position:
The ball bore aligns with the pipeline, allowing unrestricted flow.
Closed Position: The ball rotates perpendicular to the flow path, completely blocking the media and ensuring tight shut-off.
3-Way Operation:
L-Port or T-Port ball enables mixing or diverting flow between multiple pipelines.
Modulating Control (Optional):
Positioner-controlled actuator allows throttling up to 60° for flow regulation.

Automation & Control Options:

  • Control Modes: On/Off, Modulating (4–20 mA / 0–10 V), Inching
  • Actuator Options: Single Phase / Three Phase, Multi-voltage
  • Feedback Systems: Limit Switch, Position Transmitter, Potentiometer
  • Communication: MODBUS (RS-485), PLC / SCADA Compatible
  • Control Interface: Local Control Panel, Remote Operation, Integral Starter

Key Features & Advantages
