Ball Valves

A Ball Valve is a robust, quarter-turn rotary valve widely used for ON/OFF isolation, throttling, and flow diversion in industrial piping systems. It operates using a precision-machined spherical ball with a central bore. When aligned with the pipeline, it allows full flow; a 90° rotation ensures tight, bubble-tight shut-off.

Ball valves are known for their low pressure drop, excellent sealing performance, quick operation, and long service life. Compared to conventional gate or globe valves, they require minimal maintenance and deliver higher operating efficiency. The valve can be operated manually or automated using Electric or Pneumatic Actuators for process control applications.

Available as Electric Operated Ball Valves and Pneumatic Operated Ball Valves, they provide smooth, reliable, and repeatable operation in automated systems. Plastic Ball Valves, offered with electric or pneumatic actuation, are ideal for corrosive, chemical, and water-treatment applications where metal valves are not suitable.

Ball valves are supplied in 2-Way and 3-Way configurations, including L-Port and T-Port designs, allowing effective mixing and diverting of flow. Options such as Full Bore or Reduced Bore, along with various constructions, ensure compatibility with diverse process requirements.

Manufactured in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and high-grade engineering plastics, and equipped with advanced PTFE seating, ball valves ensure leak-free performance, low operating torque, and durability across water, oil, gas, chemical, steam, and general industrial applications
