Electric Operated Pinch Valve

Electric Operated Pinch Valve - 1650 -SP series

Electric Operated Pinch Valves are specially designed for ON–OFF and controlled flow applications involving slurry, abrasive, corrosive, viscous, or solid-laden media. The valve operates by mechanically compressing a flexible elastomer sleeve using an electric actuator, allowing complete shut-off without any metal parts coming into contact with the process fluid.
This simple yet robust design ensures bubble-tight isolation, clog-free operation, and long service life, even in the most demanding applications. Electric actuation provides precise, repeatable control, eliminates the need for compressed air, and allows seamless integration with PLC / DCS automation systems.

Design & Construction:

Flexible elastomer sleeve construction with electric actuator ensures clog-free performance, precise positioning, and maintenance-friendly operation.

Working Principle:

Open Position
Actuator releases compression allowing sleeve to expand for full flow
Closed Position
Actuator compresses sleeve stopping flow completely
Control
Actuator positions sleeve proportionally for modulating service.

Automation & Control Options:

  • Control Modes: On/Off, Modulating (4–20 mA / 0–10 V)
  • Actuator Options: Single Phase, Three Phase, IP-rated (Weatherproof)
  • Feedback Systems: Position Transmitter, Potentiometer
  • Control Functions: Integral Controller, Auto Calibration
