Pneumatic Operated Plastic Butterfly Valves are designed for efficient ON–OFF and modulating flow control in chemical, water, and corrosive media applications. Manufactured from high-quality thermoplastics, these valves offer excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight construction, and long service life, making them ideal for environments where metal valves are unsuitable.
The valves are available in wafer and lug styles, offering flexibility in installation. Wafer-type valves are the most commonly used and cost-effective, installed between two flanges, while lug-type valves allow one side of the pipeline to be disconnected without disturbing the valve—ideal for maintenance and isolation purposes. Combined with pneumatic actuation, the valve provides fast response, high cycle life, and reliable operation in automated process systems.
