Design & Construction:

Precision-machined floating or trunnion-mounted balls combined with pneumatic actuators provide bubble-tight sealing, smooth quarter-turn operation, and long service life. Designed for automation-ready integration and continuous-duty industrial environments.

Working Principle:

Working Principle
When compressed air is supplied to the pneumatic actuator, it converts air pressure into rotary motion, rotating the valve stem and ball by 90° (quarter-turn).
Open Position
The ball bore aligns with the pipeline, allowing unrestricted flow.
Closed Position
The ball rotates perpendicular to the flow path, completely blocking the media and ensuring tight shut-off.
3-Way Operation
L-Port or T-Port ball configuration enables mixing or diverting flow between multiple pipelines.
Modulating Control (Optional)
A positioner-controlled actuator allows throttling up to 60° for accurate flow regulation.
